Tools Without AI exists for a simple reason: most “free tools” quietly upload your files, wrap a large language model around a converter, or both. We do neither.

What “without AI” means

These pages are deterministic utilities — converters, formatters, generators, calculators. They do not call a model, they do not “understand” your document, and they do not send prompts to a third party on your behalf.

Client-side only

File handling is implemented in JavaScript that runs on your device. There is no upload endpoint for user files. If a tool cannot be built that way, it will not ship here.

How the site is funded

Tools are free. The site is supported by advertising. Ads are not wired yet; placeholders reserve space so layout stays stable when they are added.

What’s next

We will add 50+ individual tool pages under /tools/…, each with the same privacy rules.
